Question My pc doesn’t pull the fps it should be for Warzone why ?

CPU:Ryzen 9 5900x
Ram:32gb 3600mhz
Psu:850watt only a month old
Gpu: Aorus Rtx 3070
Motherboard:b450m pro vdh
I have played with every setting NVIDIA and in game settings I am on 1080p on 1440 with everything on low I run around 100 fps in Warzone 2.
Doesn’t make sense why fps is so low help me out please.
I bought everything brand new and put it together over a month ago

Make/model of the PSU? Wattage doesn't give us any info regarding quality. Your motherboard has a very poor VRM design, so it is possible they are thermal throttling, trying to run a 5900x. Did you enable XMP, on the ram? Drivers up to date, from Nvidia?

Sorry psu is 80 plus bronze smart bm2 750watt

And yes xmp enabled for motherboards max which is 3600

how many watts are you pulling gaming on this? Any random reboots?

1080p on 1440 what does this mean are you on 1080 or 1440p?

i play on 1080p I am not sure how much watts overall but my gpu alone pulls 150-160watts
