Question My PC doesn t turn on after cpu upgrade

I put a i5 3570 on ASRock h61m-dgs,but when i want to turn on ,it doesnt turn on like as if he doesn t have power .P.S:the lights from keyboard are turned on

Your motherboard needs bios level 1.60 to support that processor.
Reinstall your original to update the motherboard bios.
