my pc doesn't boot properly

hello everybody

Here is my problem. About 2 days ago my computer started to act very strangely. All started when I booedt it, but my screen didn't turn on. I opened the case, booted it up again and i saw that my graphics card didn't turn on. Making some changes, i could figured out that the only way to turn it on is switching the ram. Any help?

what i tried:
-changing the OS (i'm using windows 10, and before it windows 8.1)
-taking it to support, about 6 months ago with the same problem
-using one ram slot, alternating ram's

1 x G.Skill 2gb RAM
1 x Hyperx 4gb RAM
Gigabyte H81M-H (MicroATX)
Sentey 700w power supply
1tb toshiba hard drive

A dumb question, but is the vga or hdmi cable connected to thw port on the gpu?
