open? as in opening the computer case? Also what do you mean by "doesnt open up normally". You've gotta tell us the problem

open meaning it dosen't start up normally it takes lot of time to start
take loading all way long and long and long after about 10 min it start slowly last time i have shutdown improperly my pc maybe that's the problem but guys tell me the soultion how to overcome this problem

my pc is not old or slow one

amd athlon 64*2

2.9ghz processor

3gb ram

normal psu

crt monitor max resoultion 1152*876

1)Install Tune up utilities 2013 and clean inneccesaary files

and make sure ou windows 7,
