my pc doesn't starts

My PC doesn't start . when I press the power button fan starts and after that when I release the button everything turns off and my PC won't start and then nothing happens

My specs
Ga-f2a58m. MoBo
A4 6300 processor
1tb Toshiba HDD
250watt HCL. PSU
8GB. RAM

Sounds like a mobo or CPU failure. Are your fans connected into the mobo or into the PSU? Also do the fans choke or spin erratically for a second?
