My pc doesn't turn on anymore?

My PC is new (4 month-old) I built it and it worked just fine. My specs are:
Intel core i7-4790 (non k)
HD7850 2gb gddr5 OC edition
16gb ddr3 1600
Seasonic s12II 620W which is the 2nd one because the first one died for no reason
1th Seagate hdd
240gb SanDisk ssd
Arctic freezer 13

Well my PC doesn't turn on anymore after adding a PC fan?!?!

I unplugged everything but it didn't work it just turns on and does completely nothing

check to make sure the CPU fan is plugged in correctly.... when at it check all the connectors and any POST code that could come up.

Everything's connected in the right place and still nothing except if i remove all the ram sticks it starts beeping asking for ram
Also I tried running it with only one ram stick but still nothing :/

Well i turned my PC on this morning and it worked just fine! o-o
does my Seasonic S12ii 620W or Asus B85M-G have any electricity safety kill switch thing? o:
because last night while adding the fan i did power it on and off a couple of times to check if it's working then it didn't boot anymore until morning
