My PC doesnt turn on with two RAM sticks

I recently built my PC and I've tried a lot of things, it only turns on with one RAM stick, I tried to enable the XMP in the bios but that didn't work.

Motherboard: MSI H110M
CPU: i3 6100
RAM: Corsair vengance 16gb(8x2)
