my pc doest no open dvd even it does not detect at all

i have dell pc bought two year but still now wont open dvd even detect even though it can open other dvd i need a help

Did not moved it? Opened it for cleaning? Probably just a jarred cable.

Must see it in BIOS, else nothing matters.

If it opens one DVD fine, but not the other, it's probably a scratch on the DVD, or maybe a format that the DVD can't play
