Question My pc don't boot

Can someone help me?I have a problem with my pc. When I try to boot it there where like the motherboard name needs to appear there are like some red lines after I wait like 2 or 3 seconds and appears like Copyright idk how and Press DEL to enter the setup. I press DEL it says entering setup but nothing happens Im waiting but nothing happens. Sometime I reach like the Windows loading screen Im waiting and after I get like a black screen. Can someone help me idk what the problem is. I posted the same thread and someone said to replace the CMOS Battery and it didn't work.Oh and there on the case where is the blue and red light when I reach that Windows loading screen the red light stops appearing.Please help me
