My pc don't start and fan also don't spin what I should do??

My pc don't start and fan also don't spin but it has perfect power supply and mother board light also on what I should do now?? And why can this happen and how can fix it?? Plz reply I really a help....

Ok I checked the link but I have given my computer in the repair they told me it is motherboard problem and what is written in the link was tried by them they said whole mother can be damaged and it can be expensive so my real question is it possibly can happen bcos motherboard bcoz motherboard had a light and power supply also were perfect just fan and pc was not starting so how can.I make sure it is motherboard problem?

Can try switching some parts (PSU is first that comes to mind) and using the Bench It guide I linked to earlier for basic troubleshooting
