Question My pc dont turen om!! Help

So i havent ude it In a long time so i booted it up and worked but while updating a game my pc froze then I shut it down and tried again same happened the third time nothing came on the screen and no keyboard or mouse lights. The graphic card fans spins, motherboard lights up and all the other fans spins. And the gpu gets a little hot idk what to do I wanna play man

I have a TUF H370-pro motherboard
CPU i7 8 Gen
rtx 2060 Asus
Corsair vs550 power supply

Okay update I tilted the graphic card while it was on and then both of the fans on the graphic card started and getting muuuch faster but nothing on the screen still

Update I took of th 24 pins out it back in and put all my force on putting the grphaic cars in and turn in the pc now I have lights in the keyboard and mouse but still no display helpppp????!!
