My Pc Failing to post

My pc is failing to post more and more every day.. it started with a msi 970 gaming motherboard that worked but slowly got harder and harder to post, fans run, leds run but no post, after it got were i couldent hardly start it, i switched boards to a asrock fatal1ty fx killer motherboard. this worked for 2 days but is know getting worse and worse to boot. the problem pre exists when no harderives are on i am runing 8g gskill 1600 ram. ive tested each stick. a fx 6300, and a powercolor R9 285 . i do have a hyper 212. this is all stock

Power supply sounds like it is failing. They sometimes partially fail and get flaky and intermittent, hard initial start -up on two different MOBOs -sure sounds like PSU.
