Question My pc fans are not showing anywhere and they are going at full speed

Hello , i just installed a liquid cooler on my pc (lian li gallahad 360) and i had an additional set of bifenix spectre fans(4) (3 head spliter)
I have one fan hub for each fan, one for the lian li fans and the other hub for the bifenix fans.

Whoever i am having an issue were the fans are going at maximum speed and it is sounding EXTREMELY loud and it is very annoying , is there any way to solve this ?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU specs and Disk drive(s) specs.

How are the fans arranged in the case? Is is possible for you to take a couple of photographs showing the fan placements and air flow directions?
