[SOLVED] my pc fans run like V12 car engine

so suddenly when my pc getting heated a little bit around 56 Celsius degree the cpu fans start running very crazy it keeps speed up and slow down randomly for a while then stay at high speed and its very loud. Is there a proper way to fix this?
I got my thermal paste renewed, pc cleaned with air blower and soft brushes

CPU: Intel CoreI9 gen 7
Motherboard: X299 Aorus Gaming 9
Ram: 32 gam ( 4x Gskill Trident Z RGB (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR) 16GB DDR4 3200Mhz
SSD/HDD: CORSAIR FORCE Series MP500 240GB
GPU: MSI GTX 1080 Ti Lightning
PSU: Hydro 600W
Chassis: In Win Infinity
OS:Window 10 pro
Monitor: ASUS TUF GAMING VG27AQ 27" IPS 2K 165Hz G-sync HDR
 
Solution
If this is a 4-5 year old cooler then nothing is sudden.
If you correctly cleaned the cooler then press down on it pretty hard with your thumb, while the system is off of course.
Sometimes the cooler gets a bit loose and rattles and you can push it back in place making it silent again.
