Hello, i have a big problem here, my pc is freezing after about 20 minutes playing some game like (Assasin's Creed Unity, Crysis 3, BF4), i've checked the temp of both CPU and GPU, my CPU max temp (test with prime95 over 1 hour) is 72*C, my GPU max temp (test with MSI kombustor about 1 hour) is 73*C, i don't know why it's freezing after some strong games like that.
I need some help, thank you very much, and sorry my bad English!

My PC spec is:
intel core i7 3770k (default speed)
16gb ram (i have a kit with two ram (2x8gb) which has 1600 Mhz and 1866 Mhz )
gigabyte gtx 780 (default speed)
mobo MSI B75A G43gaming
2tb HDD
FSP aurum 650W

once again thank you for your time!

Solution
I believe it could be something with your psu, never heard of that brand. You always had the same graphics card? But let's see what HWmonitor tells us.

no i dont change anything, software i dont use any new, the newest are just some games

yes my all drivers and windows are up to date, and sometime i'm working it freezes about 20 seconds then backs to normal, but this time when playing games it's freezing absolutely

Download HWMonitor and take a screenshot of the voltages, 5V and 12v specially. So the problem only happens when you play those games? You started to play those games recently? And finally, if you don't play any games and just use the computer normally, Internet, music, etc. Does the problem still occurs or not?

if i dont play any games the problem does not occur at least 3 days ago from now, yes the problem happens when i play those games.
tonight i'll show you my hwmonitor.

This is my HWmonitor. glad this help

By looking at your HWmonitor it looks like you've got a power supply voltage regulation problem. But Software voltage readings sometimes are inaccurate. Your 12v should be close to 12v and it's on 8v. Other way to find out your reading is using a DMM "Digital Multimeter" but if you have a spare psu try that one and see if the problem still persist.
