hi, so 2 years ago i bought this pc and after 6 months when i was playing it randomly froze and then didnt start up, after trying a couple of times it did start up, but when i tried to play it would randomly freeze again and not start up again until a couple of times again, so, i sent it to the company and they changed the ssd, working like ussual again, but after 6 months again the same <Mod Edit> happend, 4 times sent the pc and last time they said format the pc should be enough, so i did, it worked like usual but after 1 week same <Mod Edit> happend, so i format it again, and then this time it didnt work, i have no idea what is wrong so if anyone could help me it would be nice, sorry to bother
