My pc freezes when I go to launch a game

I have a custom built gaming pc and whenever I go to launch a game from my desktop no matter what game it goes to load and then my whole pc freezes. Even the rgb on my keyboard and mouse. The only thing that doesn’t freeze is my case rgb lights and my ram lighting. I’ve tried doing almost everything I could and still can’t find out what to do. Please help me...
