My PC Freezes when playing games or doing multitasking.

Hello, i have a problem with my pc, and i dont really know what is causing it. All worked fine all the time, but suddenly when i play game, or do some kind of heavier multitasking which before caused no problem at all, my computer freeze, i can hear only audio and do nothing and then even the audio lags and im forced to restart pc manually. Then its the same thing again. I cleaned my pc two weeks ago, i checked my temperatures before the crash, CPU was around 40 and GPU 70 i think. I will post my specs if necessary but all worked just fine till yesterday, for nearly 5 years. I just really dont know what is causing the problem and i need help. Thanks.
