Question My PC freezes when playing games

After 20-30 mins of running any game my PC freezes and the only thing I can do is restart the PC I check my memory disk and CPU from task manager they all seemed fine and all my drivers are up to date.
My specs are:
8 GB ram
AMD FX-8350 CPU
And an AMD Radeon HD 6670 GPU

No, I haven't received any errors.
Yeah, the temperature is good.
Windows 10 x64
990XA-UD3 motherboard
AC 230V PSU
ST9500323CS ATA disk
and no idea about the coolers

All of them.
IP-S450BQ3-3 is the PSU model
And yes I've upgraded my PC to Windows 10 recently and the problem started after the upgrade.

Did you perform a upgrade or a clean installation?
If possible perform a clean install.

Also my GPU usage is stuck at 0% in the task manager

Could check the Even Viewer, under Administrative Events for errors.
Look for the ones right around the time the PC shuts down.
