Question My pc freezes

My PC shuts down every time with a black screen. My video card is integrated (Ryzen 5 with radeon vega 11). The only solution is to access the power options and limit the maximum state of the processor to 95%. It bothers me a lot because I can't play games at a decent performance.

What are your temps like and also ryzen 5 is it overclocked at all? What’s your voltage going to the cpu and are you throttling in any way shape or form? Rather that being, freezes, stutters, or just BSOD’s
