Question My PC freezes

Good evening!
A few months ago, my computer started freezing after 20 minutes (sometimes less, sometimes more) and the red light on the case goes off. After I checked the drivers, hard disk, cleaned the computer, reinstalled Windows even 2 times, nothing helped. I didn't turn on the computer for 3-4 months because I didn't have the will to fix it. However, I really need it now, it still freezes. Please give me some advice.

My Pc:
GPU Nvidia 750 Ti
CPU FX 6300
Motherboard AsRock 970 Pro3
RAM 8GB DDR
500 GB SSD, 1TB HDD

You forgot to mention the make and model of the PSU. Please add the age of the unit as well.

I have a cheap 500W power supply, bought when I had a computer, in 2014.
Is it important to you exactly the specifications of the power supply or is this enough for you?

I didn't ask if it was cheap or expensive. As the saying goes, help me help you...so if you will, please state the make and model of the PSU. You've already established that the PSU in question is 9 years old.
