Question My pc froze and comeback after

Hi, i have recently change my RAM 3600mhz 32gb, and i have some problem with it. When im starting to play a game or anything else after 10 minutes my game froze and close the game after...Do you know what can be the problem like voltage,speed,motherboard,driver? Thank you to help me !
