So about 3 days ago games just started freezing and stuttering, also the fps is below what it was previously. Also whenever there is a freeze or a stutter my GPU software reports drop in power draw in some games it won't even go to 70% power consumption and that game doesn't have an fps limit so if you have any idea what I happening let me know.
All the parts in the system are new other then the GPU CPU and mobo the GPU is 1 year old and the CPU and mobo are 5 years old also one of the games that freezes returns a GPU driver timeout.
I reinstalled the GPU drivers and the problem didn't go away. the GPU is overclocked but the overclock is very light and even when removed the problem doesn't go away. Cooling is fine CPU stays at 60c max and the GPU gets to around 65c. Now it can't even reach that temp because power draw I low or at least the software says so
