My PC gets extremely loud and hot

My PC gets rets really hot and loud when playing demanding games. I recently took my most demanding game and monitored the temperature of everything. I felt that it was very hot near the video card and it actually warmed up my hand. I will post a picture of the temperature of everything during the time I was running my game (Kingdom Comes: Deliverance on low settings).

Can you just type the specs of the PC and also the temps your getting on load and on idle?

Are those temps while you're gaming? If so, it's fine. I wouldn't worry.

Yes, and here it is on idle. Do you know how I can quite down my PC? It gets so dang loud I can barely here my game. I hate having to turn up my game extremely loud to hear. http://imgur.com/hGZ7Qnd

The only moving parts of a PC are the fans and HDDs. More than likely it's a fan getting loud when you're gaming. You may want to check your fans and maybe turn them down some if that's the cause. Does it only get loud during gaming?

Temps are fine though at idle as well.

Yes, when I'm on websites with a lot of adds or I'm watching Dansgaming on Twitch.TV it gets loud.
