My PC is a MAG H510 infinite S3, The specs are i5 11400f 2.60GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060Ti, 1x 16GB RAM, 1.5TB of SSD storage, 500W PSU, My monitor is a MSI G2412 170Hz i use 1920 x 1080, My PC runs very low FPS on pretty much all games but im unsure why i have tried everything from power settings to things like razer cortex but nothing seems to improve my performance, my CPU usage is usually around 80% and my GPU usage is around 30-35%, i have checked temps and nothing is overheating so im just really unsure, any help would be great thanks!

Sad that companies are still offering single dimm configs. Fix that first.

It's generally recommended to buy a 2 dimm kit and replace the lone dimm, but you do have the option to just add on another dimm. The downside of the latter option is that there's no way to guarantee stability until after it's up and running in the PC.
Or maybe return the PC and order one that does offer a 2 dimm kit - ehh, probably way too much trouble over a single dimm!
