[SOLVED] My PC getting crash every day

Hello everyone , I have one problem with my PC.
My PC recently get crashed every single day about 1-4 times. I dont know what it is , i clean it yesterday soo good.
But i thinking myb it was a PSU ,cause my PSU provide some ugly noise like clickering or smth idk. , but now often ,myb 5-6 times to 10-15 minutes then just stop making any sound.
My spec :
PSU : Corsair VS550 (Grey)
GPU : RX 570 SAPPHIRE 8GB(Not OC-ed)
CPU : Ryzen 1200 OC-ed to 3.7
RAM : 8GB OCed from 2400 to 2866 (i think)

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for error codes and warnings.

Especially for error codes and warnings that occurred just before or at the time of the crashes.

Stop overclocking to determine if the crashes stop.

If so, then gradually start over-clocking again but only one component (RAM or CPU) at a time. Small increments. Determine if there is some threshold value that causes the crashes to begin again.

How old is the PSU?
