i was playing elden ring and from one second to the other my PC got super slow and i lost all my framerates i honestly was down to like 10. after downloading malware byte and finding nothing there trying to restore health on my windows commond prompt i dont know what to do anymore. i dont know much about computer I open it and play games.
also i never really downloaded anything weird on my computer or anything from, weird websites like pirate bay, even mopds i go through steam workshop. when o go in my task manager and try to stress test nothing seems to be overheating or not doing its job im at a total loss here.
if anyone coulod guide me here it would be really helpful
