Question My pc had something pop up saying scanning for something so I shut it down now it won’t come back on

So I brought my computer last week and everything was fine, then after that yesterday night it came up saying there was a problem and it wasn’t doing anything and it was stuck on 0% after I decided to try to turn it off and back on again but then it wouldn’t turn on( the fans and the lights did work though )does anyone know why?
