My pc hangs and freezes??

I have ga78lmt usb3 (rev6.0) motherboard, 8gb ram 1600, nvidia GeForce 730 2gb ddr5 64bit graphic.. and FX 6300 processor.. does my pc is freezing due to graphics card or any other problem.. plz help.. regarding this bcoz everytime i try to play game like nfs run it hangs .. and i really dont know what is the issue why my pc is getting freezed

What monitor do you have? 1080p? or other resolution one. Because your GPU is not that good, you have to low the gaming setting to 720p.

And maybe somethings else, like overheat.
