I have a really standard pc but I know that used CPUs have a really low price, so sould I think about it or just focus on a new gpu? I'm a gamer, but I have a r7 240 4gb that oveclocked is not that bad for standard. Any advice?

Definetly go for the gfx card upgrade. The i5 3450 is still a viable gaming CPU with a better card. GTX 1050 Ti, GTX 1060, RX 570, RX 580 are all good choices. My i5-3470 has little trouble keep up with my GTX 1060 6GB w/o bottleneck.

MERGED QUESTION Question from pierjk98 : "It's not worth it right now"
pierjk98 :
I just think that old CPU are really aviable and miners made gpu unavailable. So since I play with my r7 240 at 720p 60fps oveclocked (72 C° max on fortnite) I will wait. Ty m8 ^^.

gaming wise a 240 is crap
the i5 is quite good
gpu upgrade
Allow me to give more information, the R7 240 isn't the best GPU, it is a fairly decent budget GPU for low budget gamers but there are far better ones out there. The I5 is pretty good, it is still viable for 1080p gaming, and can handle a decent GPU from yesteryear. I'm not saying you shouldn't do a GPU upgrade, I still recommend a GPU upgrade, but if you want to get any GPU faster than a 1060 3gb you need to upgrade that CPU or you will be looking at a bottleneck.
