Question My PC has a long boot time ?

My PC has a long boot time of 38 seconds (I timed it) because the motherboard stays on Q-code 15 for most of the time (Q-code 15: "Pre-memory System Agent initialization is started"). It does boot so that means the RAM is good?

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X
ASUS X670E-E ROG Strix Gaming WiFi
G.Skill Flare X5 Series DDR5-6000 32GB
Samsung 990 PRO 2TB
Asus TUF Geforce RTX 4090

In that thread it was explained to him what it was and some of the reasons why it would be long. He then said those things were all up to date and gave a best answer. I could only surmise he wants to find out why it is long now seeing as everything is as it should be, according to him?
