[SOLVED] My pc has been acting up since i upgraded it can it be the psu??

I upgraded my mobo cpu and got a new hdd bc my i thought my old ssd was the issue but apparently it wasnt now i am having many more issues as it has gotten and don't know what it is my peripherals randomly disconnect, when ever i decide to run any game like gta or cod it works fine for like 20 minutes then either crashes all together or goes down to like 8 frames and this hasn't ever been a problem before until recently i tried redownloading windows incase it was something wrong with a file but it did not work i even lost the new cod cold war to it bc they thought i was a hacker trying to steal my own account and they wont give me my account back

do you mean do a fresh os install?
from a ssd to a hdd is not a upgrade

What version bios is the board running on?
