Hello! My PC keeps freezing and stuttering, both audio and video. It can happen all the time to the point it’s unplayable or it work for hours without issues.

I’ve tried reinstalling my Windows 10 and also replacing my PSU. Neither of them fixed the problem. I caught some of the stuttering on video but this one didn’t include audio stutters, just weird peeping noises.
My keyboard also tends to lose its lights whenever big freezes happen. Audio tends to loop the last second or something for the next 10 seconds, but I didn’t catch those on video. My fan also got louder during the freeze. Here’s videos of the some of the issues I have:

The PC is less than three years old, worked flawlessly until October of last year. Nothing special happened.

I’d absolutely love it if some of you could help me figure out what the problem likely is and what it definitely isn’t. I was suspecting motherboard but no clue. I did a Windows memtest for around 30 minutes and it showed no issues. My temperatures seem fine as well.
