[SOLVED] My PC has been giving BSODs repeatedly for a few days now ?

My pc is about 5 years old and I used it for browsing and watching videos and rarely used it for some modelling in Blender. The bsod message says 'memory_management'. I had ran the memory diagnostic tool but nothing happened. I did not overclock any of the pc components.

My specs are :
Intel i3 3220
8 gb ddr3 ram
Nvidia gt 710 2gb ddr3
500 w psu
1 tb hdd
Windows 11 education
Intel DQ77CP motherboard

It would be helpful if somebody helped me out. I would try to reply as soon as possible.

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

1. Open Windows File Explore
   
2. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
   
3. Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop
   
4. Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows
   
5. Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder
   
6. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
   
7. Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

The issue is that my pc has now gone on a boot loop and is only bringing up advanced repair options.

Now the boot message is saying that 'bad boot config'

windows classifies the hard drive as memory. So Memory management can mean ram, page file (which is on C) and drivers.

do you have the win 11 installer?
if not, on another PC, download the media creation tool (2nd link here) and use it to make a USB installer

anything on PC you need to save?

• on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
  
• choose troubleshoot
  
• choose advanced
  
• choose command prompt
  
• type notepad and press enter
  
• in notepad, select file>open
  
• Use file explorer to copy any files you need to save to USB or hdd
  

bad boot config means the boot files are corrupted on hdd.

its possible the hdd is the cause. It might not be.

I have reinstalled windows but whenever I open cmd it crashes. It is also very slow now.
