My pc has random lag spikes.

What can i do?

gpu: gtx 980ti

cpu: i5-4460

ram: 12gb ddr3

mb: asus h81m-k

sotrage: 2hdd | 1. 1tb | 2. 500gb

I get spikes a lot. And not cpu bottlenecking is the problem cause in gta v my cpu is on 100% usage and i get the less spikes there.

You stressed out the gpu , is that why.?
Whats your setting and resolution you are trying to acheive? 1080p should be max for your rig.

If none of them seems to be problem , try reinstall windows

What do you mean with a "stressed out" gpu?
I bought it used.

My resoulution is 1440x900
