Question My PC has some questionable connections ?

First of all, sorry if this is the wrong forum section. If so you can tell me where to post it.

I installed a programm called TCPview its more or less like ipconfig command in windows but with more detailed information/options

I found that as soon i open my web-browser there is multiple connections opening, for example those:

ec2-176-34-155-23.eu-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com
ec2-52-10-33-243.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com
a81-10-128-147.deploy.akamaitechnologies.com
a81-10-128-146.deploy.akamaitechnologies.com

fra07s28-in-f234.1e100.net

Name Server: NS1.GOOGLE.COM
Name Server: NS2.GOOGLE.COM
Name Server: NS3.GOOGLE.COM
Name Server: NS4.GOOGLE.COM

Name Server: AX0.AKAMAISTREAM.NET
Name Server: AX1.AKAMAISTREAM.NET
Name Server: AX2.AKAMAISTREAM.NET
Name Server: AX3.AKAMAISTREAM.NET
Name Server: NS2-32.AKAMAISTREAM.NET

As you can see amazonaws google akamai and 1e100.net are connected to my pc, im a BIG noob i know nothing about this
Someone there can please tell me what are those connections, why are they there, what do they do, is it save?

Id really like to know what NS4.google.com is, i searched online but cant find anything usefull.
