I have MSI X99S SLI PLUS (MS-7885)
So i bought Kingston KC3000 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD.
I put it in my pc and downloaded the software through disk processing. Then i tried to download to the disk. Everything seemed fine.
But then i restarted the pc and now the pc cant find the ssd anymore. Cant be detected in both bios and disk processing.

What is "Disk processing"?
Did you mean Disk Management?
What software did you download?

Can you show following screenshots:
Disk Management,
Device Management - disk drives, storage controllers sections expanded,
Windows Storage Spaces (Control Panel/Storage Spaces).

I did not download any software. Just normal install through disk management.

Ah. Ok.

Anyway - your Kingston NVME drive is nowhere to be found.
Try reinstalling it. Clean gold contacts on the drive with eraser.
If that doesn't help, then I'm afraid the drive has died.
Hello agian. I got a New m2 ssd. This one didnt work aswell. But this one had a different problem. When i put this one in, the pc was not able to find the New ssd AND the old one that i allready had installed on my pc. The old one got Windows installed so i was not able to boot up the pc. Just able to open bios. None of the ssds was found there. So i removed the New m2 ssd again and now the pc is working agian. I got a feeling its something wrong with my motherboard. Not sure what to do from here.
