[SOLVED] My PC has two plugs for the power supply, would all of my components still get power if i just plug one higher watt psu into one

I have a G20AJ, and it uses two power adaptors, one 180w, and another 230w. It is a desktop but is powered like a laptop. I want to get a 450w PSU but I'm only experienced with these laptop chargers. Does a normal PSU use one laptop-style plug or is it completely different?

Unfortunately, there is no such PSU upgrade (or any upgrade really) for that system. A standard PSU has a variety of connections that your system has none of.
The G20 series from ASUS is extremely proprietary.

And the power connectivity that you are posting about is shown on physically numbered Pages 15-17. Blue identifiers 12 & 13, Page 17.

Normal PC's only have one PSU powered via one power cable from a wall outlet.

Your G20AJ is designed to have/ to work with two "PSU's" (Specs are different.)

My answer is that a single 430 Watt PSU is not viable.

Trying to switch to a single PSU (no matter how modified) is likely to damage your computer.

So should I just replace them with the standard G20 PSU? I found the 180w and 230w for the PC.
