Question My PC have been running High on Disk, CPU, and Memory lately and I don't know what happen or what to do

I've never had a problem with my PC until lately. Before I had this problem I was able to play my game while I watch Streams or videos and had no problems. I was able to stream my games with no problem too. Now my PC would lag or freeze when I watch Twitch Streams or Youtube vids. When I go to task manager Disk and memory would be high and sometime the CPU will be high too. And when I game my CPU will be higher than normal and I will drop FPS without me watching anything or streaming. My Specs are CPU - Intel Core i5 7400 @ 3.00Hz. Ram 16.0 GB @1199MHz. Motherboard ASRock H110M-DS/Hyper. GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070.

I am now getting Memory erros or used to much memory when I use Opera or trying to download an update on Steam.
