my pc is 4 yrs old it has 2 gb ram /intel core 2 duo /no graphics/ now from 1 month it has been shutting down automatically and restarts what is the problem. help me its frustrating.
Sounds like your system is getting too hot whilst gaming, and that's why it's shutting down and restarting.
The simplest and easiest way to avoid this is to open your side case and see if that helps.
You say your PC has no graphics. Do you mean you don't have a GPU and are using your onboard video capabilites? If this is the case then maybe you're pushing your system too far when gaming and that's why it's getting too hot.
Could be any number of faults - dodgy PSU, CPU ready to die, GPU ready to die, overheating......
Can you be a bit more specific? When does your PC shut down? When gaming or other system intensive applications?
Download a program called Speedfan or a similar program and get the temperatures of your PC when idle and also when gaming.

If heat is your problem, you might want to use compressed air to dust out the inside of your PC and consider upgrading your case fans to ones that move more air.
Check your machine for dust buildup. I had an old Pentium 4 machine randomly shut down like that just from a think layer of dust on the heat sink that was causing overheating. After I cleaned it, the problem was solved.
