Question My pc is Bottlenecked. PLS HELP!

My pc is bottlenecked and i can't figure out why.
Here is my userbenchmark.

In games like LOL, DOTA 2 and Fortnite i can not get more than 56fps.

I have PSU LC power 600h-12 v2.31

Windows 11

That psu has to go. Sorry, but it's complete and utter garbage, that most ppl will refer to as a 'psu shaped object' or a 'fire hazard' waiting to happen.

It also blatantly lies about its ratings. Multi rail, group regulated psus such as that tend to have an actual 12v total rating of @ 80-85% of the individual amperage totals. They claim 20A each rail, x12v would be 480w, but that cannot happen with group regulated psus, Especially ones of such low build quality. Instead, the total is much closer to @ 32A combined, a total of 384w on the 12v rails, not the 480w claimed.

32A x 12v = 384w

18A x 3.3v = 60w.
18A x 5v = 90w.
Combined 3.3v & 5v = 90w? That's utterly terrible.
Combined 3rail Peak power = 600w? That's an utter joke. It's a lie so blatantly obvious I don't know how they can stay in business.

Look at Rated vs actually Loaded. Video even starts with an LC Power psu. Yes, those are basically all the same as yours.

Get power straightened out with a Decent quality, Non Office psu, then see if your issues remain. As long as the pc is powered by That psu shaped piece of garbage, there's no reliance on Anything actually performing as it should.
