Question My PC is closing every program I try to launch

I was playing a modded minecraft on CurseForge, an mod made the game crash, so I restarted it, it happend again, so I opend the log file, it was open in 5-10 sec befor it just closed itself. I restarted the PC and now nothing will open, only discord when the PC starts. I try to do a safe boot, but the msinfo32 is closing itself after 3 sec, I try to open nvidia to check for updates but the app is just closing too. Annyone seen somthing like this and know how to fix it?

I try to go to "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Recovery" but when I launch the "Open system restore" it just closes as the other apps

Then it would seem that whatever this mod did borked up the whole system.

Time to think about a full wipe and reinstall.
