Hello there. I have big, really BIG problems with my PC and I don't know what to do..
There is a list for my problems:
-Audio doesn't work anymore. I have the updated Realtek driver but I can't listen to anything.. I have the sound icon on the bottom bar with a X on it, when I click on it it repairs (troubleshooting - finds something - http://prntscr.com/exgohj) but when I start a youtube video it dies immediatly (http://prntscr.com/exgpiz) I tried restarting the computer, reinstalling a new, updated driver but no effect.
-I have 3 fans in total (case, CPU and Graphics Card), from them only 2 works because the case fan powers at the maximum fan speed. I have to mention that some time ago all was normal (all 3 fans connected, running in normal speed NON-STOP), but now I had to disconnect the case fan because the noise level was too high.
-Search and Menu doesn't work. When I click on them nothing shows up.. It just stays down.. (i have to power off my PC holding the power button on the case until the computer is completly off)
-PC activation - I recently activated my windows 10 but when I power on my pc it says the activation will expire in something like 1-2 days (I have activation for years, not 1-2 days - http://prntscr.com/exgxg5)
-Performance - I don't have the best PC so I play games that I can play on.. Some years ago (1-2), when my PC was ... fresh (upgraded from a weaker one) ... i was playing GTA San Andreas with mods for good graphics in 70-80 fps. Now I can't play vanilla GTA San Andreas because I have something like 15-20 fps. The same thing with the system itself. Programs are much much slower, Google chrome stands like a minute when I click on the icon to open up, if I type something to search on Google it stays 30-40 seconds until the page is full loaded (1-2 years ago the PC was so fast.. these things loaded in 5, max 10 seconds)
-System problems - to do something on the pc I have to start it like 5-6 times. I have times when my PC says (after the boot, before entering in the windows 10.. desktop) that something was wrong and it will restart after some seconds.. (http://thewindowsclub.thewindowsclubco.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Blue-Screen-of-Death-Windows-10.png)
-General problems - many apps doesn't work (apps that were working some time ago), some files are dissapearing. One time my PC powered ON with no apps and files like it was new installed (after a restart it powered on normally)
-I can't run any malware / spyware scan on my PC. I tried with multiple programs (like 9-10 of them) and it stays too much to do a scan. (over 24 hours for a scan) Some programs even shut down or make the PC restart in the scan procces.
-I recently cleaned my PC from dust and reinstalled a new fresh Windows but the problems are the same. I saw something on my motherboard, something unusual. My heatsink & cooler for the CPU was moving a bit but all the screws was tight screwed in place. I think, because of that, the heatsink doesn't touch the CPU like it was touching some time ago.. I can't get my pc to a specialist because in my region they take a lot of money for doing.. almost nothing.
-A new problem showed up now. When i fly the mouse over the icons on the bottom bar the icons remain with that hover animation (my mouse was on the desktop in the photo, not at the bar. - http://prntscr.com/exgy6l). I can't right / left click on them.. just animations..
(I can't run dxdiag bcs i can't click on the search icon but I will tell the PC specs I remember)
-Intel Core2Duo 3.00 GHz Dual Core
-Nvidia Geforce GT9800 512mb (when I buyed it, it says 2000 GB but in games and in the windows it says only 512mb, this is another problem)
-3GB RAM DDR2
(sorry for bad language, I'm not english / american)

EDIT: I found that my audio driver was deleted so I reinstalled it. Once the installer finished his work my PC died (shut down) and it keep dying at every boot. I got in the PC case and saw that in fact the CPU fan was disconnected so I connected it back and wait for the PC to cool down a bit. After that I powered it ON and now I don't have problems with the audio, but the rest of the problems are still here.

I got halfway through reading that lot, and it pretty much all sounds like windows problems to me, sounds like you could do with backing up what you want to keep and then a good old reformat and re-install of everything should fix most issues, it could also be ram issue, bad ram writes errors all over your drives, which in turn gives you problems in windows, so a good few hours run (maybe overnight) of memetest will tell you if ram is going bad.

I see you say you already re-installed windows once, but did you format ? a virus or mailware would actually block you from running a virus cleaner or malware cleaner on there.

and also, if you are using an SSD, id suggest you do a secure erase, could be a virus or anything like that which wont get removed without a low level format or full format.

I did reinstalled the windows but I didn't format it before because I have the installer on PC, not on a CD or USB and I didn't found the right moment to make a USB / CD with Windows on it.
I don't have any SSD (i wish I could have one but all my money for PC goes to CPU / Graphics Card)
I tried many tests for the PC but how I said before, there are 2 options: -Taking a very long time for a test (usualy more than 24h) -Crashing my PC after the test is finished.
