my pc is freezing every few seconds

from yesterday my win 8.1 laptop is freezing every few seconds , When i check the task manager , in the disk category always more than 80 percent is occupied , i have uploaded the pictures
please help me

Did you happen to install bitdefender free at that time or set it to do a system scan? It looks to me that you have an HDD and that software is accessing a ton of small files (why disk is at 100% but less than 1MB/s). Try stopping bitdefender free for a bit to see if the system performance improves.

If it does improve, consider getting real AV software with the ability to schedule system scans when you are not using the computer.

Now just go ahead a purchase a real AV software (not too expensive, Amazon and Newegg usually have discounts for the major brands so that a single PC for 2 years is <$20).

A lot of companies offer free versions of AV, but none are really good enough to compete with the real deal in terms of performance or capability.
