[SOLVED] my pc is freezing

when i turn on my pc either there is disk reading error or some memory management error code or karnel missing file or whatsoever also it takes like a lots of time to tunr on also randomly starts freezing and so.
i tried to do automatic repair form safe mode but it appears that i dont have that kind of option either i dont have any kinds of usb or cd to just drag windows 10 download file and just do some repair to my pc so it will work correctly are there any other possibilities to fix my issue ?

Ram 4.00gb (3.25 gb usable)
GPU nvidia geforce 210
system type 32 bit
it was working perfectly for few monthes

old system check cpu temp?
test with another psu?
