My PC is frequently 'spazzing' out and BSOD-ing for the past 3 months

It started when my monitor spazzed out all of a sudden. I don't know how to describe this incident but i got a picture of it

It has been occurring frequently and goes away wherever i reset the PC. Along with this, the PC has been BSODing frequently showing various errors at different times.
It keeps appearing randomly and i'm not sure what is triggering this.
I have tried memtest, cpuburner and ssd test. All checks out

SSD: Transcend’s SSD370 SATA III SSD

Have you run Malwarebytes or a scan with your anti-virus?

so i went to a hardware shop and got it fixed. apparently its due to a faulty ram

Yeah, for a BSoD, RAM is a likely culprit.
