my pc is frezzing and stuck

my spec :
cpu : amd fx8320
ram : 8 gb
gpu : gtx 1070 g1 gaming
Motherboard : msi 970 gaming
OS = Windows 10

the problem : while playing games ,my pc freeze and i have to restart it with power button or a buzzer sound happen and a blue screen show with a precentage and the pc restart it self .
