I have a "decent"? computer. CSGO fps is like 100+ on 1280x1024, but on Battlefield 3, Trove etc the fps is like 10-20.
My PC Specs:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4 ghz
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 6670
RAM: 4GB
Hard Drives: 128gb SSD, 500gb HDD

Solution

Minimum? Sure. Recommended? No, your GPU is well under. Reasonable? Not at all, I would recommend a GTX660 or AMD 7850 on an i5 minimum!

Simply put, you have a CPU that was competitive when it came out in 2007 and an old GPU that was entry-level when it came out. CS:GO is made to run on very low-end equipment, but this will struggle on modern games. You're quite close to the minimum settings and I would not expect it to perform well at this resolution.

My friend has literally the same specs as me, but he has a GTX 480 or something GTX 400 and he can run Battlefield 3 60 fps, AC4 60 fps, Unturned 1980x1080 on high 60 fps.

To play BF3 with such weak CPU you'd need cards that at the performance tier of at least HD5850, HD5870, HD6870, GTX750Ti and non Ti, GTX950, GTX660, HD7850 and up and their further rebrands.

Even then, you'd still need to OC your CPU to at least 3Ghz.
You also have to upgrade your RAM to at least 8Gb. The games requires at least 4 on paper, but that's assuming an unused portion of RAM. Not all RAM you have with you.
Everything above must be provided at the same time to maintain 60FPS Medium @1080p.

1) The 480 is MUCH, MUCH faster than your GPU
2) Your friend is lying and using lowest graphics settings. AC4 especially can't get 60FPS with that chip, it's just too slow in single core performance.

That friend is my real life friend and I have used his computer. It's non-lag

Surely your friend OC'd his processor to certain extent. Either that or he disabled AA and tweak some graphic fidelity to provide smoother play.
And basroil is right. GTX 480 are comparable to the performance tier I mentioned, albeit a bit slower. Still way faster than your HD6670. Imagine having 4 of HD6670 in the same size of a card. That's how big the difference are.

My friend doesn't even know how to install Windows so for sure he doesn't know how to OC 😀

Why are you so focused on low settings? I told you the GPU can do medium! (which doesn't affect CPU use at all)

Also, 3.0 is just barely enough for that chip, but it might work as long as you don't go into 64 man deathmatch

Which is why I said "at least". Even at 3Ghz+8GB of RAM, the Q6600 would hiccup here and there.
To achieve higher OC than 3Ghz could result to some stability issue on memory part. Since LGA775 OC'ing are basically modifying board's BCLK instead of increasing multiplier on the processor.
So, due to the nature on how to achieve it, naturally it reeks problems as you push it higher. Even if you have solution for the heat issue. Meaning, totally not something a stock cooler can do.

Then build a computer using more hardware from the current decade, preferably above the bottom performance tier. You can't be that concerned about performance if you're only willing to spend your weekly lunch money on an upgrade.
