Question My pc is having frame drops on games

I recently bought a gaming pc. When playing, I noticed that I had frame drops. I tested all my hardware, but nothing was wrong with them. It doesn't matter if I downgrade my graphics cause if I do, I'm still having frame drops. Personally I think the problem is with windows 10 on my pc. When my pc is having a frame drop, I noticed with task manager that my Gpu is working on 50%. Does somebody know how to fix this?

Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
RAM: 8.0 GB
Operating System: Windows 10

I can't return the pc 🙁

I did some tests on msi afterburner today and the results were quite strange:
- On rainbow six siege the usage of my gpu was approximately 72% and my cpu 78%
- during a fps drop, the usage of my gpu was 34% and my cpu 88%
- On holdfast nation at war, the usage of my gpu was approximately 99% and the cpu 37%

The temperatures of my cpu and gpu were normal, but during the fps drops the temperatures were beneath normal. I already had that feeling because it always sounded like the fans were moving slower.
