My pc is in a boot cycle

I just upgraded my pc with a new processor but because my motherboard was incompatible I got a new one. After putting all of the parts into a smaller chassis I turned it on and it got stuck in a boot loop. I've tried taking out all my ram as well as taking the motherboards battery out for a few seconds and it still wouldn't work, what do I do?

Mb- Gigabyte B360M-DS3H

Processor- intel i3 8100
